Usage examples:

• {{Titre}} removes namespace
• {{Titre|Foo Bar}} custom title
• {{Titre|align=center}} centered
• {{Titre|align=right}} aligned to the right
• {{Titre|Foo Bar|align=center}} etc

• {{Titre|Foo|usecss=yes}} Uses old title hack method using css. This hides voting boxes, and has some other problems, so only use where the normal version won't work.
